What is an Adobe PDF file and how do I view it?
Adobe Acrobat Reader® comes pre-installed on most computers today, or can be downloaded for free from Adobe.com. PDF has become the standard web format for all downloadable publications today. For more information about Adobe PDF files click here.

All TIP Pub's teaching books and sample pages are created with Adobe Acrobat. If you are unsure that Adobe Acrobat Reader® is already installed on your computer, then click on the Sample Page link below. If the sample page opens, Adobe Acrobat Reader® is already installed on your computer. If the sample page does not open then you will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader®

* Please note that TIP Pub will not help with the installation of Adobe Acrobat Reader®.

I purchased a TIP Pub book, now where is it?
Once you have completed the purchase of your TIP Pub teaching book, you will receive an email with directions on how to download your recent order. The download information will be located near the bottom of the email message, below a message that indicates: DOWNLOAD YOUR BOOK ORDER.

Once you receive the email and click the link to download your teaching book, you may see an alert window with the options to Open, Save, or Cancel your teaching book. We recommend Saving your recently purchased book to a location on your computer that you are familiar with accessing, for example the Desktop or My Documents.

* Please note that the email message you receive will allow you to download your purchased teaching book three times. If you have any problems while downloading these books, please contact our customer support at: booksupport@tippub.com

Will TIP Pub print and mail teaching books?
Currently all TIP Pub our teaching books are only published as downloadable PDF files and we do not print or mail purchased orders. Since we do not offer printing or mail of our teaching books, TIP Pub pass the savings to you, our customers by offering the lowest prices available.

* Please note that the Adobe PDF format is the most widely accepted publication format for all computers today. So regardless of what your computer operating system may be, you should be able to open and read our teaching books.
